21st CCLC Program Site Director (Must have college teaching degree, experience working with and supervising people, especially volunteers, ability to operate a computer, Office 2003, ability to plan schedules, create and quality instructional lessons and assessments, manage, supervise, and evaluate staff, complete quarterly reports, adhere to licensing and government requirements). Must be able to become the ODJFS licensed administrator of the program. Must work in cooperation with Childcare Program Administrator). |

All employees of the West After School Center must complete a successful background BCI and FBI check, provide a copy of diploma and/or college transcripts, complete a medical examination, provide references, and show proof of completion of professional training as required by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services--Division of Child Care Licensing. Costs of background checks and medical exams must be incurred by applicants. |
Office Manager/Receptionist (must be organized, have outstanding technical and computer skills, be able to work with the public, and work flexible hours). This position is currently filled. |

Childcare Program Assistant -Part-Time (must have a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of and/or experience with before and after school childcare supervision, at-risk student learning needs, curriculum, instruction, recreation, and program activity planning in a latchkey setting, good work ethic and experience working with people, especially elementary-aged students and parents, reliability and competence to complete tasks of assistance as directed by the Childcare Program Administrator and/or WASC Executive Director). |

Food Service -Part-Time - (must have a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of and/or experience with before and after school childcare food preparation, on-line order placement, snack and meal menu development, good work ethic and experience working with people, especially elementary-aged students and parents, reliability and competence to complete tasks of assistance as directed by the Childcare Administrator and/or WASC Executive Director. Must complete background check and complete training in child abuse prevention, CPR, group problem, communicable diseases, solving facilitation and conflict management and other requirements of ODJFS, ). WASC Executive Director (Baccalaureate Degree or life/work experience that would equate, experience working with people, especially volunteers, ability to work with community leaders, speak in front of varied audiences, represent the Board of Directors in the community, ability to operate a computer, Microsoft Office, organize an office, and operate necessary equipment, must complete background check and complete training in child abuse prevention, CPR, group problem, communicable diseases, solving facilitation and conflict management and other requirements of ODJFS, ability to manage financial resources, quarterly reports, and government requirements).
